Hurling is a outdoor sport of Irish origin administrated by the Gaelic Athletic Association. It has been played for over 3,000 years now and it known to be the fastest moving field game. The object of the game is for the players to use a wooden stick and hit a small ball between the opponents goal posts either over or under the crossbar. The ball is allowed to be caught and carried for no more than four steps and kicked or slapped for short distance passing. Learn more about hurling here
